Scott Cooper was born & raised in St. Louis, but has lived in Santa Cruz, CA for 30 years. Famous for his involvement in multiple bands, Scott now fronts his own band, Scott Cooper & the Barrelmakers, plays the Bob Weir role in Grateful Dead Tribute Band, the China Cats, plays bass in the Gary Gates Band, bluegrass with the Intangibillies and frequently plays solo and duo gigs at wineries and restaurants across California.
