Bike Rack
The Redwood City Improvement Association unveiled five artistically-curated bike racks installed in Downtown Redwood City at various locations in June 2019. The bike racks feature unique designs by four carefully chosen artists out of more than 40 applicants selected by the Redwood City Improvement Association. Finding beauty in the ashes
Spurred on by the recent fires that devastated many California communities, local residents banded together to install an art piece in the Redwood City Art Kiosk. Titled “Bonds Unburnt,” the piece embodies people’s connections with others concerning the tragic California wildfires. ‘Voice Crossing’ is part of the yearlong Art Kiosk exhibition
A new public art installation offering a glimpse of the Bay Area’s past via archival footage and audio recordings will be unveiled in Redwood City’s Courthouse Square Saturday, Oct. 12.
